UKPacific   Melbourne Hub

Founded in Summer 2017, this hub has been created by Phil UKD101 to give our pilots a taste of something different. Australia is a large continent and flying is a very practical means of getting from one end to the other. For the pilot there is a lot of varied landscapes and weather to contend with and this makes for an interesting break - or maybe a longer lasting stay!

Routes to state capitals are shown  in black and list in table 1.

Routes to regional airports are illustrated in purple and listed in table 2.

Melbourne is located in the south of Australia and offers a base of operations to explore the rest of the island. A schedule of flights appears above. These can all be flown on FSA too.

The famous Flying Doctors of Australia have been given some welcome relief by UKPacific Melbourne Hub pilots flying a circular route out of Melbourne and flying clockwise to finish off back at the hub. Each stage is treated as a separate flight by FSA and can be completed over a period of time.
