Caribbean Direct Airways

This page is a work in progress but has been made available now so that you can start flying in the Caribbean.

Caribbean Direct Airways (CDA) was originally created shortly after UKD was formed to provide our pilots with something different when they  need a change of scene. The famous Princess Juliana Airport (TNCM) in Sint Marten is the home of CDA operations.

Graham UKD140 is the CDA manager and is shaking down the timetables and rationalising the routes to create a realistic, varied and fun range of flights. The fleet comprises a mixture of planes - some of the older airframes were found at the back of the hangar and have been made airworthy again (I’ve witnessed some ingenious uses for coat-hangars and string), others are cascaded down from UKD and other types are brand-new such as the Boeing 787 Dreamliner!

    Rick Piper’s Hawker Siddeley 748

    The Hawker Siddeley HS 748 is a medium-sized turboprop airliner originally designed by the British firm Avro in the late 1950s as a replacement for the aging DC-3s then in widespread service as feederliners.

    The textures are complete and finished but the package has not been completed - you can fly using the CDA livery but you must add the textures manually.
